We place a strong emphasis on providing our customers with a complete end-to-end solution for all their wireless needs. Employing individuals with a customer-oriented background is key. Wireless sales experience is always preferred, but not essential. A retail sales background is also preferable. We train our new hires on AT&T Wireless products and services and also provide on-going training to existing employees to ensure we always maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge in all our stores.
